"I heard of gratitude journaling, but never knew how many effective ways I could practice gratitude throughout my day until I started this program. I now have a series of morning activities that I do to set the tone for my day based on what this program has taught me. Just the act of being thankful, even in hard times, has shifted my perspective and has attracted so much goodness in my life. I highly recommend the DGC Gratitude Program for anyone looking for a positive change in their life, but truly just doesn't know where to start.
